To My Brother, 
Since I was little I played alone and always dreamed of having a brother to share my experiences. I would never imagine that as time progressed, I would realize I had actually had a Brother and a Sister. I can still remember the anticipation of us seeing each other for the first time.  I truly felt blessed at this opportunity. As I sit here writing this, I still truly can’t rationalize the loss I have in my heart by losing you in my life. We had some amazing memories. The memories I have of us swimming with horses, riding in the dark and you saying it will be ok the horses see great in the nighttime. I will miss your laugh, the one I know even in a crowd that stands by itself. I will never forget our trip back to Thunder in the Valley in Johnstown and us just being Brothers riding motorcycles through the mountains and the city streets. Thank you for teaching me all I know about horses and the time we spent while you were my neighbor. We had so many memory’s here in Fox Meadow. I could go on and on, but the thing I will miss most are your unexpected late-night calls that lasted sometimes for hours. We shared and spoke about so many things. Unfortunately, I didn’t know that last one a week prior to you going in the hospital would be our last.  I am happy that I was able to tell you I loved you Brother. I know it’s my turn to call you but now, but I will pick up God’s phone to call you instead. Don't worry Brother you will continue to live on with my words and our memories that we shared. You are never truly gone until those here on earth stop talking about you.  I won’t let that happen. Be at peace and know that you will forever live on in my memories and the story’s I tell about you. Don’t worry and I have a bunch.

James was a wonderful person with a big heart and a passion for life. He was always there if you needed him and could always be counted on to help you deal with anything. He spent many years with our family in our Paso Fino farm and we loved every minute of having him there. Whether we were playing with horses, riding motorcycles, playing poker, celebrating holidays or weathering a hurricane he was there ready to contribute anything he had to make sure everybody was happy. We will never forget him - he was a big part of the best years of our lives. Love you James - Roseanne, Jane, Julito, Marcia, John, Mary, Cynthia, Jewel, Lourdes and Emma 

You will forever be in my heart, James. Your memory will live on in my stories of you. I love you so much. Thank you for being my big brother and protecting me all your life. I love you, Laura 

I was very sorry to hear of your loss. I went to school with James (Jamie as I knew him) for the the first couple years at St Pat’s in Johnstown (he sat beside me in our 3rd grade school photo, attached). I remember him being a nice person and a good friend. He and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Long ago I played soccer with Jamie at Cypress Avenue School’s playground, and shared a great childhood friendship with him. I remember his huge house and his sweet smile. The Moxham Shamrocks of St. Patrick’s will miss him.
