Mr. Medina was born on June 17, 1920 in Isabel, Puerto Rico, the son of Ceasar Medina and Norbeta Rosario. He was united in marriage to Esther Martinez and they were married for over 64 years. He was a hotel porter in New York prior to his retirement.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Esther; a son, David and a daughter, Lydia Medina; three grandchildren, David, Jr., Joe and Miraida; two great-grandsons, Joe, Jr. and Josiah; several nieces and nephews.
