I am deeply saddened by the loss of your husband/father/grandfather. He was a very generous and loving man. I hope the love he had for all of you guides thru these days ahead and comforts you all. 

I will cherish my 40+ years of friendship I had with him. There is great emptiness in my heart.

I'm sorry I could not be there in person to convey my condolences. Though I may be far away, know that my spirit and prayers are with you all.

Although the miles have separated us, our hearts are breaking with yours at the loss of Uncle Kevin. For almost as long as I have been a part of the family I have known all of you and have been truly blessed to call you family. Know that he was an amazingly special man that has touched many and will be missed by all. Heaven truly has gained another angel!

Debbie, Justin, Jamie and Jessica:
The loss of a Husband / Father is such a profound loss.  I can only imagine your grief and I share your pain immensely.  No one can prepare for the loss of a loved one.  It comes like a swift wind.  Try to take comfort in knowing that he is now resting in the arms of our Lord.

Kevin was a great guy and a great friend.  He has touched his Pittsburgh families lives in so many different ways.  Your Pittsburgh families are here for all of you.  You are all in our hearts and minds.

I'll always remember his hardy, infectious laugh.  Kevin was a great listener.  Any conversation I've ever had with him, you could always tell he was listening to each and every word and his mind was thinking in deep thought of what his response would be.  I am honored to have shared so many good times with him.  He will be deeply missed by so many.

Debbie....your children are such shining examples of the great job that both of you did in raising them.  To all of us, they will always be a constant reminder of his love and his influence on them.

After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy memories that we've shared with him.  This is what keeps him alive in our hearts and in our minds and they will continue to live on.  

You have my deepest sympathy.

Nothing we say can take away the pain you are all feeling as you mourn the loss of your dearly beloved Husband, father, and grandpa.  There is solace knowing he is no longer suffering and can breathe easy watching you all from above.  Surround yourself with love, and cherish the memories.  Kevin was one of a kind, witty, slightly sarcastic and oh so knowledgeable, he was my dear friend who always knew exactly what to say. To say he will be missed is an understatement.  Lots of Love
