She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frederick Joseph Penney, her daughter Melanie Tallarico and her great grandson Wesley McKellips. She is survived by her son William J. Penney, her daughter Lori Henrich, her grandchildren Megan McKellips and Jacob Penney and her great grandchildren Lewis and Lyle McKellips.
A Celebration of Her Life will be Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 3:00 PM at the Community United Methodist Church of Debary, 41 W. Highbanks Road, Debary, Florida 32713. Inurnment will be Monday, September 26, 2016 at 2:30 PM in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
