Linda Sue Weiler, of DeBary, FL, age 71, formerly of Bay City and Saginaw, MI, passed away at her home on April 22, 2021. She was born on January 27, 1950 to the late Edward and Elaine (Albertson) Nusselt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Weiler. She graduated from Bay City Central High School in 1968. She was a graphic designer who worked in the marketing and telecommunications industry. Linda and Eugene moved to Florida in 2005 where she enjoyed oil painting, spending time with her grandchildren and friends, traveling, and her pets.
She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Lake Mary, FL and she was also an active member of the DeBary Art League. She is survived by her sons, Eric (Shannon) Wurfel and Michael (Anabella) Weiler, her brother John (Mary) Nusselt, a niece Sarah (Brian) Gasser, two grandsons, Reese and Luke Wurfel, and many other family members.
A Memorial service will be held in her honor on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church at 780 N. Sun Dr., Lake Mary, Florida 32746 at 11:00 am; directly followed by a luncheon to celebrate her life. Her interment will be at Deltona Memorial Gardens, 1295 Saxon Blvd., Orange City, FL 32763 at 2:00 pm. www.deltonamemorialfuneralhome.com.
