     I am sending prayers and love to you and your family, the times we spent together with Christmas @ St. Thomas the Apostle with Jerry and Mike playing Santa, and Mike and Jerry would say I want to be in the Santa suit before Jim Cappell or Bill Makar, so they would'nt have the sweat from the Santa suit.. Come forth was an expression Mike would us often..the dinner @ Eisenhower park where you mother-in- law made sauce and you fried chicken cutlets. Those where fun times with the children.  And of course Mike, George and Jerry in the Indian outfits @ scouts...They Mike,Jerry and Bill and Jim are all talking about those day...Love to you my friend..Edie xo

Michael was a remarkable man, full of life, love, and unwavering devotion to his family and friends. Our friendship with him dates back to childhood, when we would spend time together on 50th Avenue in Corona. Over the years, the bond with Michael, his beloved wife Angela, and their entire family only grew stronger. Whether we were together in New York, Florida, or at a vacation resort, we shared countless laughs and created unforgettable memories. Michael’s warmth, kindness, and spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Angela and the entire family during this difficult time. I was lucky to know him because of my incredible friend Michele. She, and her whole family welcomed me into their homes and hearts for almost 20 years. I am forever grateful for every get together,  every holiday event,  every photo. So much laughter and love.

My favorite memories are when he came every year to my preschools to keep the magic of Christmas alive for our children. Christmas will never be the same but the memories I have will forever stay in my heart.

We will miss Santa Mike at Plato’s playgrounds,  he has been such a wonderful Santa for our kids for the last 5 years.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones,

We are here to celebrate the life of Michael—a man worthy of playing Santa Claus, not just for his appearance, but for his genuine character. His heartwarming smile could light up a room and bring joy to everyone around, leaving you with the unmistakable sense that he was truly happy to see you.

Almost 30 years ago, when I first met Michael, he told me a joke about a monkey involved in a car accident. I’m sure many of you know that one.

Michael was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and brother-in-law—but above all, he was a friend to everyone. He and Angela raised three respectful children, instilling in them strong family values that have and will continue to transcend generations to come.

Michael enjoyed visiting estate and yard sales—not to find cheap items, but to socialize, to talk, and to connect with people who quickly stopped being strangers. His presence brought people together, and his absence will be deeply felt throughout the community.

May his memory be a blessing.
