Nicholas graduated from Lake Howell High School. He had a career as a chef for Yardhouse, Mario's Osteria, and Bourbon Steakhouse. He had a passion for cooking, dancing, motorcycles, skiing, snowboarding, skydiving, free diving, swimming, travelling, festivals, and music.
Nicholas is survived by his mother Judyann Bonet; grandmother, Gladys Franco; and sister, Priscila Blanco.
A visitation for Nicholas will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763, followed by a funeral service from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
