Robert Deavellar, Jr., age 66,passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. Robert was a retired machinist for Invacare in Sanford, a Vietnam Navy veteran and a member of All Saints Episcopal Church. Robert loved to spend time with his grandchildren, especially going on adventures, traveling and enjoyed taking them to Disney World.
Robert spent most of his life caring for others. While in vietnam, he took his free time and taught the children english and in his later years loved to read to the blind. Robert was always there for anyone when they needed help. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.
Robert leaves behind his beloved wife of 45 years, Judy Deavellar, 2 sons, Adam (Heidi) Deavellar and Robert Deavellar (Mayra Fuentes); his loving grandchildren, Anna Carmen, Sarah Helena, Paula Christina and Emily Cheyene; brothers, Frank (Kathy) Deavellar and Uncle Moe Macomber,and sisters, Debra Deavellar, Barbara (Wayne) Eaton and Mary (Noel) Bachtell; several nieces and nephews.
Robert was pre deceased by his beloved grandson, Joseph Robert Deavellar.
