Rose Mary Brenner

Rose Mary Brenner, age 78, of Deland, Florida passed away on Tuesday February 18, 2018. Rose Mary was born May 7, 1939 in Red Wing, Minnesota to Gertrude Brenner and Lawrence Brenner. Rose Mary moved to St. Paul, MN as a young woman and worked as a teller at 1st National Bank in St. Paul until having children and becoming a homemaker. She was an avid card player, she also loved to play dominoes. Rose Mary also enjoyed baking, sewing, painting, traveling and trying new things. After raising her two boys she began a career with Northwest Airlines which fueled her love of travel. She travelled to many different destinations on four different continents. Rose Mary loved her visits to Europe the most of all.

Rose Mary is survived by; son Robert Kubier; and son Rodney Kubier; brother Richard Brenner, sister Betty Gilbertson and sister Patty Gaustad; granddaughter Lexie Kubier.

Rose was preceded in death by; father Lawrence Brenner and mother Gertrude Brenner; sister Joan Larson and husband Richard Kubier.

A visitation is scheduled for Sunday February 25, 2018 from 2:00 ~ 5:00 P.M. at the Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, located at 1295 Saxon Blvd. The Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Monday February 26, 2018 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, located at 359 W New York Ave, Deland, FL 32720.
