Port Orange, FL, age 73, pased away on July 11, 2011 at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.
She is survived by her husband, O'Farrell; daughters, Cherry Hamilton and Pamela Andrade both of HI; grandchildren, Moses, Caleb, Koa and Satchel Hamilton, Kuulei and Karina Andrade, Christina Costantine and Brandon Phillips Westall; 6 great grandchildren; a brother, Bobby Singleton of St. Louis, MO; a sister, Sue Maniaci of Brooksville, FL; nephews, Matthew Maniaci, Steve Maniaci and John Singleton and a niece, Gina Maniaci.
Shirley was predeceased by her son, Scott Phillips and a brother, Billy Singleton.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, July 14th at 2 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL, PH: 386-775-4260. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to your local ASPCA.
