Mrs. Santiago was born on March 22, 1944 in Santurce, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Angel Camacho and Angelita Santiago. She was an in home caregiver. She was united in marriage to Angel D. Santiago, who preceded her in death in 2005.
She is survived by a son, J. Armando Quinones; two daughters, Jeannie Del Valle and Sylvia Cruz; eight grandchildren, Roxana Oquendo, Jonathan Oquendo, Paul Quinones, Jose Del Valle IV, Kristen Del Valle, Ralph Cruz, David Del Valle and Gabriella Cruz; and five great-grandchildren, Amari Scott, Isaac Oquendo, Victory Oquendo, Alanni Quinones and Isaac D. Del Valle.
