Violet C. Walters, age 91, Deltona, Florida passed away Thursday, October 25, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Plantsville, Connecticut and moved to Deltona in 1987 from Miami, Florida, where she was a former secretary for Miami-Edison Middle School. Her husband, Leslie G. Walters, predeceased her in 1997. Violet is survived by a son, Arthur G. (Jeanne) Walters of Deltona, FL; a daughter, Leslie A. (Dan) Willison of DeBary, FL; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 pm on Monday, October 29, 2012 at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City with Rev. Byron Herchenroder officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 PM till service time. Interment will follow at Deltona Memorial Gardens.
