Carolyn P. Thomas (Dec 02, 1940) passed away on November 29, 2010. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donald J. Thomas (Sept. 6, 1958); two sons: Michael J. Thomas and Raymond G. (Jacquelyn) Thomas; seven grandchildren: Candace Sarellana, Shellie Todd, Michael J. Thomas II, Donald J. Thomas II, Shawn R. Thomas, Lindsey Marie Thomas, Lauren Thomas; four great grandchildren: Anthony Breeden, Cameron Breeden, Sierra Sarellana and Taylor Todd; three brothers: Terry (Linda) Berrier, Mark (Teresa) Berrier and Floyd (Kim) Berrier; two sisters: Deborah (Scott) Booze and Patricia (Dan) Gioe; two brother-in-law: Richard L. Thomas and Jerry M. Thomas; and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM on Friday, December 3, 2010 at the funeral home and funeral services will be held 11 AM, Saturday at HARDAGE-GIDDENS RIVERMEAD FUNERAL HOME, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL with Pastor Ralph Estevez officiating.
