David Roy Foulk, age 76, passed away June 4, 2021 surrounded by family. He was born and raised in Greenville, PA to Roy and Mae Foulk. David is survived by his spouse of 45 years, Patty Ward Foulk; his son, Stephen Foulk; step-daughters: Karen Jarriel and Nancy Conard; grandchildren: Shelby, Chelsey and Ava; great-grandchildren; brother, John Foulk; and sister, Judy Robb. David served as a Captain in the US Air Force for several years and then began a successful career with Frito Lay and Borden Company. He always said, “If you love what you do, it’s never a job.”
A celebration of David’s Life will be held 1 PM, Monday June 14, 2021 at St Catherine’s Catholic Church Chapel, 1649 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL with Father Michael Kieler officiating.
