George William Payne age 69 passed away on December 23,2024 after a brief illness. George was born on May 23,1955 to Maurice William and Beatrice Murphy Payne in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. He spent most of his adult life in Richmond, Virginia and was retired from Phillip Morris. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne M. Payne and three life long friends, Billy Hale, Kurt Davidson and Tommy Edwards.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Richmond, Virginia.
