Kirk Earl Rust

Kirk Earl Rust, age 74, of Orange Park, Florida passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Portland, Indiana to the late, Kenneth and Esther Rust. He served his country proudly in the US Navy. Kirk owned and operator Rust Lawn Care for 30 years and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Kirk is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 20 years, Karla K. Rust; 2 sons: Eric (Candy) Rust and Damon (Sue) Rust; 3 daughters: Lisa Rust (Brian) Fleetwood, Molli (Domenic) Dutton and Kati Dutton; brother, Ric (Karen) Rust; sister, Beverly (Steve) Daniel and Carolyn (Monty) Bishop; 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; mother-in-law, Geraldine Davis; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS RIVERMEAD FUNERAL HOME, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073 with visitation held 1 hour prior to service at the funeral home. Graveside service with military honors will be 1:30 PM, Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Jacksonville National Cemetery (Lane 3), 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
