Timothy Darby

Timothy Donald Darby, 45, was born March 31, 1966 in Jacksonville, Fl. He died suddenly on May 21, 2011 at his residence in Middleburg, FL. He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Thomas Darby. He is survived by his daughter, Charity Lynn, and two sons, Christopher & Elijah. His family includes his mother, Donna Darby, his sister Susan Gallagher, brother Michael and sister Jennifer Ter Molen (Matthew). Tim was an active, involved uncle to six nephews, Stephen Darby, Andrew Ter Molen, Patrick Jacobs, Perry Ter Molen, Ryan Ter Molen and Robert Jordan Darby.

Tim graduated from Middleburg High class of 1983. Two years later he opened Darby’s Auto Electric in Middleburg and maintained the business for 20 years. Tim’s skills as a mechanic, low voltage and cable installer were widely known. Stock car racing held a special place for him as his car Eight Ball raced all over the area. He was a mentor to many and a loyal friend throughout the area. Tim loved his family and friends and was always available to assist them.
