Scott A. Busen

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Lois (Hellickson) Busen, and his sister Kimberly Busen. He is survived by his brothers Mark (Marilyn) Busen and Craig Busen.

He is the loving father of Thomas (Dayna Franco) Busen, William (Rebecca) Busen, and Daniel Busen. Susan Jeffrey is the mother of his children. He is also survived by his nieces Heather (Ted) Williams, Cortney Busen, Kayla Busen, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his partner Fran Jackson.

Scott was born March 28, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois. He lived the majority of his life in Palos Heights, Illinois until he moved to Florida following his career retirement as chief stationary engineer with Chicago Public Schools.

He was passionate about his family and friends, his dogs, traveling, motorcycles, cars, and spending time on the water.

The family invites you to attend a celebration of life on July 23, 2022 from 3-8pm at the Orland Funeral Home, 9900 W. 143rd Street, Orland Park, Illinois.
