Brian E. Moore

Brian Edwin Moore left his earthly home on October 9, 2021 in Kissimmee, FL. following a brief illness. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and loyal friend to many, strong in faith and lived out that faith in devotion to his family, and to the Lord’s service through music ministry.

Brian was born in Springfield MA. He graduated from Anderson College in SC with AA degree, a Bachelor of Music degree at Furman University, attended University of Michigan graduate program of music, and received a MA from University of Toledo.

Brian ‘s career included a position in Human Resources at Coca Cola in Atlanta Georgia, while continuing his career as church organist and choir director.

In 1984, Brian became owner and principal of Rocking Horse Day Care and Kingsway Christian School in St Cloud, FL. He and his wife of thirty-six years , Beverly King Moore, were dedicated to providing Christian based education to their students as well as music enrichment.

Surviving are his wife Darlene of 19 years, daughter , Sharon Cooper (Chester) of St Cloud,FL, daughter, Holly Trover(Steve) of Celebration, FL., son, Robert Moore(Sara) of Merrit Island, FL., stepson Robin Grote (Cathleen)of MA. Stepson Galen Grote, MA., sister, Barbara Lewison(Gary) of ILL. And sister, Susan Bergsten (Scot) of GA. and eight grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at First Baptist Orlando in the Williams Chapel on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 10:00am
