Cesar Quiñones age 98 of Orlando, passed away January 8, 2013. He was born April 13, 1914 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico to Ramon Quiñones and Josefa Alvarez. He was an Army veteran. Mr. Quiñones is survived by his daughters Josefina Arroyo and Rosa Quiñones; brother Ramon Quiñones; grandchildren Saul and Anibal Rodriguez; Enid and Leandro Arroyo, Jr.; niece Ana Nereida Arce and many more; nephew Gustavo Rivera. Military honors will be given at 3 pm at Family Funeral Care followed by a funeral service at 5pm, visitation will continue until 8 pm at the funeral home.
