Rubia was born in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Mr. Pedro Ocasio Jr. and Irma (née Garcia). She was known for her sense of humor and her deep love of music. A talented drummer and percussionist, Rubia expressed herself through rhythm and brought joy to those around her.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
