Dorothy Rowe Franklin, age 74 of Saint Cloud, passed away November 14, 2012. She was born November 12, 1938 in Nassau, Florida to Rayford and Blondell (Woods) Rowe. Dorothy was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be sorely missed. She was preceded in death by her husband Clair and is survived by her children Richard, Twyla and Wanda; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister. A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, November 24th at 11:00 am at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
