
Born on January 13, 1945, in Manhassett, New York, Frank was a proud graduate of Port Washington High School. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from St. Louis University, launching a lifelong career he deeply loved.
Frank was united in marriage to Catherine Lipson (née Pedigo) on March 19, 1983. Together, they built a life centered around family, community, and service. A dedicated and compassionate dentist, Frank owned and operated his own practice for many years, earning the trust and respect of his patients and peers alike.
He was an active member of the Rotary Club of Plantation, Florida, and proudly affiliated with the American Dental Association (ADA), Florida Dental Association (FDA), and Broward County Dental Association (BCDA). Beyond his professional life, Frank had a love for fishing and a heart devoted to altruism—always seeking ways to give back and help others.
Frank was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Catherine. He is survived by his children, Alexander (Erin) and Samantha; his cherished grandson, Brett; and his brother, George.
Frank will be remembered for his warmth, dedication, and generosity—a legacy that lives on through his family and all whose lives he touched.
