Mr. James Ralph Melton, Sr., age 97, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2013 in Orlando, Florida. James was born in Abanda, Alabama on Saturday, March 25, 1916 to parents James William Melton and Carrie Stills. He proudly served as Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force.
