He was born in Arecibo, P.R. on June 13, 1939. He was married to Luz Marina Soto.
He is survived by six children; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildrens; two brothers and five sisters.
A public visitation will be held at Family Funeral Care, located at 13001 South John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32837, on October 22, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A memorial service will follow at the same location from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
