Kathi Marie Winter Oct 21st. 1963- Apr 5th 2017 Our sweet loving Kathi, passed away peacefully and so suddenly in her sleep on the night of the 5th. At the youthful age of 53. Kathi leaves behind her loving husband of 24 years Charles (Chuck) Winter, her loving Son Charles (Chaz) Winter, her loving Daughter Victoria (Tori) Winter, her loving Father in Law, Paul Winter and the rest of the family and friends. Kathi’s Mother, Ruth Roe, Brother and Sister in law, Steven and Martha Roe. Kathi lived for and loved her family. She loved being a Wife and a Mother. To know Kathi is to love Kathi. She only has love in her heart. We will miss her big smile and warm loving heart.
