Lillian grew up in the Downtown Orlando area and was in the last graduating class of Orlando High School.
She was a long time member of Lock Haven Missionary Baptist Church.
She was loved by many through her 37 year tenure with Orange County School Board. After her retirement from Orange County, she worked for 10 years with Arnold Palmer Golf Tournament Services.
Lillian loved to fish, cook, ride motorcycles and her family. She loved Elvis and The Glenn Miller Band. Lillian loved to jitterbug and she taught herself to play piano, by ear.
She was predeceased by the love of her life, Albert Bratcher She is survived by her brother, Frank Quiett (Carole); her children, Lois Tice, Alan Bratcher (Joelle), Charlene Griffis and Gene Bratcher (Karen): 6 grandchildren: 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
