She was born in Panama on November 23, 1938. Maria worked as an office administrator for Miami-Dade County. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church where she served in various ministries. She had a passion for providing tranquil mentoring through the word of God.
She is survived by her children, Julio Valentin Lopez, Julio Fernando Lopez, Jessica Lopez-Case; grandchildren Rachel Lopez, Gabriella Lopez, Jade Lopez-Case, and her siblings, Victor Moreno, Armando Moreno, Laura Moreno.
Funeral services will be held from 5-8 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Family Funeral Care, 13001 South John Young Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32837.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place • Memphis, TN 38105.
