Mrs. Martha Pauline Embleton

Martha Pauline Schmaltz Embleton 85, passed away May 26, 2014 in Orlando, FL. She was born November 4, 1928 in Baroda, Michigan to Rhine and Elsie (Strefling) Schmaltz. Martha retired after many years as an Administrative Assistant. She was preceded in death by her husband of 35yrs, Gus Embleton. Martha and her late husband, Gus were members of the American Legion Post # 286 and would live summers in Spring Lake, MI. She was an excellent cook, an avid reader and known for her kind personality. She is survived by her daughters, Lori Farrell of Orlando, FL and Shelly Robinson of Spring Lake, MI; grandchildren, Hollie and Anna Farrell, Robinson, J. P. and Nathan Batts, and Andrew and Mindy Embleton; brothers, Fred, Schmaltz (Ann), Dean Schmaltz (Marilyn), Leon Schmaltz (Kathy) and Gene Schmaltz (Pat) all of Baroda, Michigan. A Celebration of Life will be held, Sunday, June 1st from 2- 4 pm with Eulogy at 4 pm at the Baldwin Fairchild Pine Castle Chapel. Martha and Gus will be laid to rest together back home in Baroda, MI
