

He was born in Las Charcas Santiago of the Dominican Republic on March 3, 1940 to the late Jose Quintino Fernandez-Filpo and Julia deJesus Tineo-Fernandez.
He married his dear Argentina Guadalupe Fernandez on October 14, 1962.
Maximo had a long career as a Sous Chef, and retired after twenty years from San Angel Inn at Epcot Center.
He had a passion for music, animals, gardening, playing dominos and enjoying close friends & cousins.
Maximo was preceded in death by his Beloved Parents, and his Siblings: Gisela Fernandez Tineo, Carolina, Puerto Rico (actualmente en el cielo); Rolando Fernandez Tineo, Santiago, Republica Dominicana (actualmente en el cielo); Arcadio Fernandez Tineo, Santiago, Republica Dominicana (actualmente en el cielo); Elida Fernandez Tineo, Carolina, Puerto Rico (actualmente en el cielo); Arturo Fernandez Tineo, Bayamon, Puerto Rico (actualmente en el cielo) y Bernardo Fernandez Tineo, Santiago, Republica Dominicana (actualmente en el cielo).
Maximo is survived by his Children: Antonio Expedito Fernandez (Karen), Scottsdale, AZ; Ana Norka Fernandez (Lynn), Orlando, FL and Abel deJesus Fernandez (Janie), Orlando, FL; Grandchildren: Jacob Venditti and James Venditti, Chicago, IL; Great Grandchild: Aiden Venditti, Chicago, IL; Stepdaughter: Juana Argentina Fernandez (Jose), Orlando, FL; and, Siblings, Leo Fernandez Tineo, Reside en Santiago, Republica Dominicana y Ramona Fernandez Tineo, Reside en Carolina, Puerto Rico.
A Celebration of Maximo's Life will be held on January 25, 2017 at Family Funeral Care, 13001 S. John Young Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32837, with Visitation from 10am to 1pm, including an open Time of Sharing Memories at 12pm. The Funeral Mass (en español) will follow at 1:30pm at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 12600 Marsfield Avenue, Orlando, FL 32837. We will then process for Entombment to Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha, Florida.
