He was born in Clinton Massachusetts on March 26, 1943. Neil graduated from Clinton High School. He married Linda Cartolano on February 28, 1981.
Neil had a career in the United States Navy for 20 years. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and had a passion for hunting, fishing, shooting and having drinks with friends. He is survived by his sons, Kevin Babcock and Michael Cartolano. His brothers and sisters, Robert L. Babcock, Sandra Babcock and Fern Babcock.
A memorial service will be held on Monday April 11, 2016 at 2:00pm at Family Funeral Care in Orlando Florida.
