It’s hard to find the words to describe what it feels like to lose a friend and mentor. Hearing the news brought many tears. I will always be grateful for the guidance, wisdom, and lessons you shared with me.

You weren’t just someone I learned from; you were someone I truly looked up to. Your impact will stay with me forever, and I will carry those lessons with me for the rest of my life.

Heaven gained a truly good one. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

My thought and prayers are with the family. I met Raul when he started working for Tavistock Development Company, Raul was the liaison between the hotel general managers and Tavistock .Raul  was not just a business parter but a friend, he worked closely with all the general managers and provide exceptional teamwork and professionalism. I’m so sad to hear the news of his passing but am glad that we were able to cross paths.  May god bless Raul and his family.

Su partida ha sido uno de los momentos más duros que he vivido en mi vida. Raulito gracias por cada uno de sus consejos, gracias por su apoyo gracias por ser para mí como un hermano y un apoyo incondicional.

Y desde entonces ya no me llamaba por mi nombre me decía EU cada que me veía 😂
EU es una pequeña palabra mexicana que significa mande cuando alguien te habla. 
Gracias Raulito por ser un excelente ser humano, y un excelente jefe. 🫡

Mi más sentidas condolencias a Esposa , Padres y toda la familia. 
Se que no hay palabras para minimizar  ese dolor tan profundo de perder a un ser querido. 
Pero quiero que sepan que me uno a su dolor .

En esta foto lo estábamos despidiendo del hotel en Gainesville Florida, lloré mucho porque para mí usted fue como un papá, me ayudó, me enseñó, me apoyó, su partida me ha dolido tanto sr Raúl, a Dios le doy gracias por haberlo puesto en mi camino, no he conocido persona más buena que usted, no tengo dudas que está al ladito de Dios, en vida usted se ganó el cielo, siempre lo llevaré en mi corazón, lo quiero mucho Sr Raúl 🥹🕊️
