O'Quinn, Shirley Ann, born Wednesday, February 13, 1952, in England, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2012 in Orlando, Florida. Daughter of James Freeman and Constance Marshall, Shirley was a valued employee of the Orange County Health Department, and will be sorely missed by her fellow co-workers and loving family.
