William C. "Bill" Tison

Bill Tison, of Orlando, Florida passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016. He was born on September 26, 1934 to Lee Bryan and Mary Adeline Tison in Orlando, Florida. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, having served in Korea. He was a long time member and past Commander of Pine Castle American Legion Post 286. He was a Heavy Equipment Salesman for many years. After retiring from that career, he drove a school bus for Orange County Schools. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Tison, his parents, Lee and Mary; brother, Lee Bryan Tison, Jr.; Sisters, Lurline Webb and Margaret Pounds. Bill is survived by his “girls”, Pam Fuller and her husband Larry, Jan Rossman and her husband Rob, Becky Tison and her husband Roy Saxour and Vicky Tison; his long time companion, Sharon Pierce; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kasey, Amanda, Joey, Danielle, Chris, Eric, Billy, Kaitlyn, Haley and Michael; and 9 great grandchildren. He was loved by his nieces and nephews and many friends.
