She was born in Melbourne, Florida on October 31, 1931. Willoween attended Melbourne High School prior to marrying Robert L. Carter on May 12, 1956.
Willoween was a wonderful and loving Homemaker and attended First Baptist Church of Orlando and enjoyed Gardening, antique shopping and working with puzzle books in her spare time.
She is survived by her Daughter; Yanda Schechter (Andrew). Her grandson, Joshua A. Schechter. Her great-grandsons, Thomas A. Schechter and Ezra M. Schechter.
Willoween is preceded in death by her husband; Robert L. Carter, and siblings; Max Winterton, Marjorie Bent and Wanda Gardner.
A Gathering will be held on Tuesday February 4th at 9:30 AM with a service to begin at 10:00 AM at Baldwin Fairchild Conway (1413 S. Semoran Blvd Orlando FL 32807). A small reception will be held after the service; with a Burial to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Winter Park, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Willoween’s Memory.
