John Mason Collins

John was born in Boston, MA . He raised his family in Braintree, MA before retiring to Cape Cod. John was a civil engineer who attended both Wentworth College and Northeastern University.

John leaves behind his wife of 65 years, Terry, his daughter Pamela and son David. John was pre-deceased by his youngest daughter, Jill. He also leaves behind his brother Hedley, 8 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

John was an avid golfer, winning several championships and would shyly confirm that he did get a hole in one on his favorite course on Cape Cod, the Captains course in Brewster. He loved to be with his family. He was very active until very recently, golfing, remodeling his home and landscaping his yard.
