Bob is predeceased by his wife Nancy Jackson Rice, his daughter Catherine Campbell and his son Gary Robert Rice. He leaves three daughters, Constance Arcobello, Joan Roberts, and Margaret Burkett.
He is survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be held at St. Pius Church in Fairfield at 11:00AM on September 17, 2025
