Survived by sons, Dave (Tammie) Wade, Gary (Charlie) Wade, Phil (Debbie) Wade; grandchildren, Brandon, Kristen, Tori, Jenny, Sarah, Phil; and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation Saturday, April 29, 2023, 10 am until time of service. Funeral Service Saturday April 29, 2023, 11 am, at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Volusia Memorial Park.
