 Fond memories with my uncle Jack and grandmother on our trips to Florida. Anytime I went to Florida to visit my cousins  my aunt Laura and my uncle Jack was a big part of my life growing up.. When we went to sea world or Marine land or Disney World my uncle Jack would always give us spending money So that we can enjoy the time as family together. Rest in peace and say hello to everyone above.

When I was a kid, my dad shared a lot of memories and ideas about Uncle Jack and his stories often portrayed Uncle Jack to be this genius-like individual that had a mind for Science and a love for animals. My dad admired Uncle Jack and I thought that if my own father admired someone, he must be a special person.  And Uncle Jack was special.  I remember when Uncle Jack was coming up from Florida to New Jersey for a special family event.  He was either staying with us or visiting but he brought along his dog, Honey Dew.  And while we were a bit frightened of Honey, we knew that we couldn't show it because he loved Honey and all animals.  We all knew that about Uncle Jack. I also remember running around our backyard and watching my dad and Uncle Jack play chess on the red picnic table we had on our patio.  I remember watching them thinking about how Uncle Jack was using his intelligence to outwit my dad.  I also remember the times we visited him as our family went on trips to Disney World.  We would stop over and one day Uncle Jack made me breakfast.  He made me eggs with an English muffin and I remember it fondly.  Uncle Jack lived a full life just the way he wanted to and all of the animals that walked through his life were all loved and cared for.  He also lived a special life that an inspiration to others.

 As a child growing up I used to love going to my grandmothers house and seeing my uncle Jack working in the basement or in the yard. He was always kind to all his nieces and nephews. He will never be forgotten as I still Have an use a Clock that he received from 1978 for 25 years of service at Bell labs

Uncle Jack was special and a giving person. I have great memories ,when we were  kids. My brother Ronnie and  I Grandma ,Uncle Jack 
travel to Florida many summers to visit Aunt Laura,Uncle Lionel in his van took a long two  days but we arrived and spent the whole summer there.  We had great times also with my cousin Lee.  I will never forget those  great times I spent with Uncle Jack and Grandma.  My last visit with Uncle Jack was so nice ,and some of my brothers and Barbara and my husband we had a luncheon outside in the heat and we listen to some great stories,while we ate Uncle Jack favorite chicken from publix with all the trimmings ,and also his favorite sundaes.  We will miss Uncle Jack rest in peace.   Uncle Jack fought to the end a real trooper.

Great Uncle Jack will forever be a hero and role model to all of us. He was kind, giving, courageous, and absolutely remarkable. His legacy will live on and his love and passion for his family will always be in our hearts. Great Uncle Jack, I cherish the time we spent with you when we visited in a recent summer. You amazed me then and you continued to amaze me after. I still remember the jokes you made that day and the phrases you used. Thank you for your service to our country and thank you for showing us how to live life to the fullest. It is an honor to know you and be a part of your family.

I feel very grateful and fortunate to have had him as my Great Uncle. It is effortless to see that he truly was a one-of-a-kind individual. His life story is commendable, noble, and fascinating. I am forever thankful I had the pleasure of spending some time with him in recent years, as it provided me with the opportunity to experience his impressive wisdom, humor, and sharpness first-hand. 

Simply put, his spirit was rare and his legacy is distinguished. 

Thank you for your honorable service and sacrifices for our entire country, and thank you for your unceasing love for family. You will be remembered, honored, and emulated forever. We all love you!

Uncle  Jack was "one of a kind".   Possessed of a great mind and a generous heart, he lived a long and productive life.   

Rest in peace, Uncle Jack.  You will be missed.

Uncle Jack was a kind, caring, and thoughtful man.  In his presence you felt listened to and valued.  He taught you something with every visit.  He was selfless, generous,  and was always thinking of others before himself.  Rest in peace, Uncle Jack.  You will be missed but never forgotten.

 A man of few words ,but a great knowledge of the world we live in today. I remember him telling me about the inter-net, ten years before it became public. How they develop the technology to make it happen. Why NASA was sending men to the moon.  He was able to tell me about the future.  I love you and will miss you.

I always told my Mom that she was lucky to have a brother like you. I will never forget all the tool boxes you made for us and all the gadgets you would send us . You always took an interest in all of our lives and showed support . I can picture you sitting in your chair reading or educating us on a new invention or new technology. Jack and Barbara,  We were saddened to hear of the passing of your Uncle Jack.  I think because of the many stories you told, we felt we knew him.  It was nice to read of the fond memories you had of him and the influence he had on your lives.  May the Holy Spirit be a comfort to you during this time.

While sitting here and thinking about the life of My Uncle JXB, I thought about all the great things he has done for his family. He was always concerned that everyone was safe, secure and healthy. He was always worried about all of us and wanted to be our hero, if we needed anything. That was Uncle Jack. Putting us first.
Uncle Jack has guided me to be the best person, to put family above all else and to step up when called to help others.
In one of our recent conversations, he spoke of being with his family- his mother, father, sisters and brothers once again. He said he would give me a sign to show he was still with us. We both agreed that his sign to me would be a cat. He said "If you see a cat nearby, it will be me." He knew that it would make me smile and think of him. He knew that would comfort me. That was my Uncle Jack. Always thinking.
I know that one day, we will meet again and he will give me detailed orders on what to do while in heaven and to do it his way! I will be glad to, Uncle Jack. You always knew best.....
Mission accomplished....rest well.....

Uncle Jack was a unique and giving soul. His love for family was quite evident and he was and is a true family hero. We will never forget all the stories he told, the projects he was planning, and the love he had for all creatures, great and small. His dogs and cats were his family too and he showed great affection for all of them. 
Not only was he my uncle, but he became a good friend. He inspired me to learn more, give more and give back when someone is in need.
