Victoria was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Mowinski, and her parents, Michael and Eva, whom she now joins in eternal rest.
She leaves behind her devoted children, David Kwiatkowski and Richard (Gillian) Kwiatkowski; her cherished grandchildren, Michael Kwiatkowski and Erica (Michael) Morrison; and her precious great-grandchildren, Jacob, Emily, and Madyson. Victoria is also lovingly remembered by a host of family members and dear friends whose lives were touched by her kindness, warmth, and joyful spirit.
Victoria embraced life with enthusiasm and grace. She was an active and beloved member of the Bear Creek Social Club, where she found joy in bingo, card games, and the friendships she held close to her heart. As a founding member of Club 19, she took pride in being part of a community she truly loved. Victoria found peace walking along the beach, delight in celebrating her birthday for an entire birthday month, and happiness in opening her home to others. She had a natural gift for hospitality—never needing a reason to gather loved ones together—and the holidays were especially dear to her, as they gave her another chance to entertain and share love.
A Funeral Mass honoring Victoria’s life will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM at St. Brendan’s Catholic Church in Ormond Beach, Florida.
Victoria will be remembered for her generous heart, her love of laughter and togetherness, and the countless memories she created with those she held dear. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
