

Beloved father and grandfather, W.B. Moody Jr. (Bill), 88, of Ormond Beach, passed away on May 25, 2012 at Florida Hospital Memorial, Daytona Beach, FL. He was born on March 8, 1924 in Suffolk, VA to the late W.B. Moody Sr. and Virginia (Delk) Moody. Married to Edith S. Sullivan in 1942; they moved to Florida in 1950. In 1952, he established Moody’s Sheet Metal Works on Mason Avenue in Daytona Beach, Fl., where he served the community 60 years. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the United States Navy. Bill was a member of the First Baptist Church of Daytona. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 54 years, Edith S. Moody. He is survived by his brother, Jack Moody (Elizabeth); his sister, Betty Wilkins; his 2 daughters, Kay Moody and Penny Fraser; his grandchildren, Lynn Andersen (Jeff), Jay, Laurie and Ross Fraser; his great-grandchildren, Jennifer Barnes (Jake), Christopher and Rachael Andersen and one great great-grandchild Shane Barnes. Service will be held at Riverbend Community Church, Ormond Beach, Fl., at 10 AM on Wednesday, May 30, 2012.
