Peacefully, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday, July 3rd, 2013 at 67 years of age. Beloved wife of Joe for 43 years. Cherished mother of Jason and Jennifer. Dear daughter of the late Harrison and Annie Hambrook of Renous, New Brunswick. Dear sister of Betty, James, Anna, twin sister Beatrice, George, Marilyn and the late Hollis. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends and her beloved cats. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Sunday, July 7th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Durham Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
