You were such a great aunt. I've always recognised you as a second mother to me. I will surely miss you. It's hard for me to deal with your death but I know that the Lord knows best. Goodnight, may your soul rest in peace. I also want to send best wishes to all other family members. May you be strenghtened as you go through this tough time of dealing with the loss of a dearly loved one.

I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences on the bereavement caused by the untimely death of mother Beryl affectionately called grandma. Grandma rescued me when I was going through some rough times in my life. She took me in her home a stranger and treated me like I was one of her own. She instilled a lot of values into me. Looking back now on my childhood days I could honestly say living with my grandma was the best of my childhood years.Grandma to me is a special masterpiece, she was always calm, cool, and collective. She taught me how to love, smile, share and the importance of family. I was very honored to be  in the Scott family even today. I could always depend on her to assure me that I was never alone. She had a special way of cheering up my day and she would tackle my problems as her own. Grandma always takes away my fear. There are no words that say thank you enough for everything she has done for me while I was growing up. The name Beryl will always have a lot of meaning in my life B is for the bible that she had in her heart and on her lips at all times, E is for her gentle eyes that were stern when I needed to be disciplined, R is for the respect that she earned from everyone far and wide, Y is for the joy that she instilled in me and L is for the love that she shared and will be treasured forever. "For some life lasts a short while, but the memories it holds lasts forever." I'll forever miss you grandma.

I love you soo Much Grandma, You'll always be in my heart,.Thank you for giving me such a huge loving family. Becasue of you I have many Loved ones that will always be there for me.

I imagine there is no worse time than the loss of a mother. Your mom was truly the example for all of us to follow the way she embraced life and consciously lived by her own motto, "In everything put God first". I have learned life-long lessons through her, your mom touched so many people's lives, including mine and i know we are all enriched by it.  I am standing by your side in my prayers always and will he here for you.

I will always remember Ms. Beryl.  She was a kind, sweet, calm and loving soul--a living angel is what she was.  She is probably the most spirtual person I have ever known. 

When I visited Uncle Sonny and Ms. Beryl 3 years ago, I was amazed, yet humbled to see that inspite of her struggle battling Alzheimers, she still had this amazing spirit and was still able to remember the lyric and sing the hymns of her favorite gospel songs.  I  also remember she would look outside and no matter what it was like out there, she would say "whata beautiful day it is eh" You see...that's the thing, sickness and disease can claim the body but it can never mess with your spirit.  Ms. Beryl has proven that to me.  I will miss her and Uncle Sonny dearly.  To my dear cousins, please take comfort in knowing that their spirts will live on.  They were amazing people and I'm honored to be a part of this family.  I see Ms. Beryl's spirit in her kids and grandkids. I love you guys.
