I met Dan at the Pickering nuclear station when I was 20 years old. He was always pulling pranks but was one of the most intelligent and friendly people on my shift crew-- or should I say his shift crew? He taught me a lot and encouraged me to progress, which I did up to the Control Room Supervisor position. I don't think I would have made it without his encouragement.
He was a great friend and co-worker, always had a smile on his face and some kind of joke up his sleeve.

Everyone will miss you Dan -- don't forget to keep checking the coin return box in the pay phone that I used to leave pennies in for you !!!

Miss you Dan

Donal was such a great person and I have so many amazing memories of him.
Looking back it was actually the craic we got out of him and the sheer joy in the house for those 2-3 weeks when 'Uncle Donal' was home in Ireland.
The stories and songs he used to tell will remain with us forever .
Rest assured he will always be in our thoughts.
He's up there with Nu and Roisin looking down on us and making sure we are all safe .

I hope Fridays not too hard but all we can do is cherish the amazing person he was and incredible memories he left us with.

Love Donal and John O'Dea

My Dad was the best father, grandfather and great grandfather. He loved life, his friends and his family. Bridie there are no words to express my appreciation and love for all that you did for him, your love, caring, dedication and compassion was everything to my dad.
Dad I know you are out there and believe that you will always watch over us.
Don't drive the Angel's to crazy with your jokes and stories.
Love you so much and always will. xoxo
