Passed away peacefully, with family by her side on Thursday June 12th, 2025, at 98 years of age.
Beloved wife of the late Herbert Hentschel. Loving mother of Joachim and his wife Angelie. Survived by her cousins Renata Mund and Inga, both in Germany.
Ilse was a member of Club Loreley for the past 20 years. She was a very talented musician, primarily playing the accordion, piano and organ.
Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West on Wednesday June 18th from 11:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment Union Cemetery.
