Peter is survived by his daughter Andrea (Colin Horgan) and his treasured grandchildren Rebecca and Lindsay Palmer, and Llewyn and Lola Horgan. Peter will be greatly missed by his siblings—Willaim (Bill) Cardillo, Judith Jack, and Jane Cardillo—and his extended family and friends, including his lifelong friend, Don Ray. Also warmly remembered by Colleen Cardillo. Peter is predeceased by his daughter Nicole (Ed Palmer). Many thanks to the dedicated and caring staff at Faith Place in Oshawa where Peter lived for the past seven years.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 27, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm at the Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West, Oshawa, followed by interment at Thornton Cemetery, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa.
