BADER, Karl (Oct 29th, 1936 – Aug 11th, 2018) After a long illness, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Karl Bader on Saturday, August 11th, 2018, at the age of 81. Loving husband of Helene (Kraly) of 60 years. Beloved father, he leaves behind his daughter Ingrid, son-in-law Brett, his son Karl Jr., daughter-in-law Mary-Jo, his son Jeffrey and daughter-in-law Meagan. Opa will also be greatly missed by his grandchildren Sarah, Emily, James, Emma, Ella and his great grandson George. No longer in our life, but always in our hearts. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Saturday, August 18th from 2 – 4 p.m. For those who wish, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. My memory with Uncle Karl is when he taught me how to Polka and I always stepped on his toes.
You will be missed. Thank you for not only being a great Uncle but for being the best Godfather a girl could ask for.
