Met Lucy about 15 years ago. We had so many wonderful conversations. Especially at Xmas time, when we all meet at Frank and Jan's house to celebrate Xmas Eve. She was kind, loving and so very much into her family. Family was everything to her. Especially when the grandchildren started to arrive. To all of the Fontana family, our sincere condolences. Out thoughts and prayers are with all of you, at this very difficult time. Big hugs from Gilles and I...

I remember Lucia’s beautiful smile! She always made us feel so welcome when visiting the Whitby crowd. I remember her delicious food that she carefully and lovingly prepared for Sonia and Tony, especially in their first few years of marriage—-a wonderful mom!

My sincere and heartfelt condolences to the entire Fontana family. So sorry to hear that Lucia lost her battle with this horrible disease. Being good friends with Tony allowed me the opportunity to meet Lucia on several occasions throughout the years when I lived in the GTA. She was a lovely and caring woman who loved taking care of her family and always made me feel welcome. Love and prayers to you all. May she Rest In Peace...
