Peacefully with family by his side at the Community Nursing Home in Port Perry on Monday, April 23rd, 2012 in his 59th year. Loving father of Stephanie Smith (Tom Clement) and Jennifer Smith (Chris). Cherished Papa to Patrisha, Thomas, and Alyssa. Dear brother of Bob, Randy, Mona and Donna. Will be missed by Joyce Smith. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, April 25th, from 6 – 8 p.m. and on Thursday, April 26th, from 11:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12:30 p. m. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery.
