I've been putting this off, searching for the perfect words to say. But what are they? Where would one find them? I guess I could look into my heart because there you always have and always will hold a special place.I always had such tremendous respect for you and often followed your words like gospel.I love you and aunt Candy very much and have always viewed you as my second parents. I will miss you very much.

Mike, our first conversation was in high school when a somewhat overprotective cousin of Candy asked you what your "intentions" were. From that seed came a friendship that grew, evolved and matured into a lifelong exchange of spirits. We've listened to each other without judgment, fought without malice, cried without shame and laughed without guilt. We are all in part, a sum of the people we let influence our lives and I'm thankful that you came into ours. I'm thankful that every memory we have of you will make us smile. We will miss yours.
